As Director of the Rob Constantine Recovery Community and Outreach Centers, Ginger leads efforts to reduce stigma and build support systems for those impacted by addiction. Ginger lives in Gloversville with her husband and daughter and continues to be a guiding force in peer-led recovery.

Dr. Stanislava Mladenova, a global leader in security and development, is the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award winner. Currently serving as NATO’s Operations Division Core Team Lead in Moldova, Dr. Mladenova has spent two decades advancing peace, resilience, and reform across conflict zones—from West Africa to Afghanistan. Her distinguished career spans NATO, the World Bank, and the U.S. Institute of Peace, and her expertise in civil-military engagement is shaping international policy and academic thought.
